Javad Oskooee

• 1978 - Graduated in Architecture & Urban Design from the National University of Iran (Melli University) . Formed his first practice in Tehran and took part in design of large scale hospitals and a museum.

• 1980 -  Worked in various small practices in Madrid & Salamanca – Spain

• 1981 -  Attended Mackintosh School of Architecture – University of Glasgow to convert to Part 2 & 3 RIBA and also addressed series of lectures about architecture in hostile environments.

• 1983 -  Joined Murray Design Group - a small architectural practice in Glasgow for rehabilitation of Glasgow’s old tenements

• 1985 -  Joined Jennings Ross Associates – a medium size architectural practice in central London- worked as a Project architect and head of design team on series of computer centers for British Telecom, some commercial projects in Surrey and a canteen in House of Commons.

• 1987 -  Ardeco was formed as a private practice for design and project management of several commercial projects for various overseas clients in London.

​​

• 1990 – Ardeco was incorporated as a limited company to carry out design and build projects ranging from industrial, commercial and prestigious residential projects - listed buildings in Knightsbridge, Kensington and throughout West End of London.
